I started through the ranks in new construction as an apprentice plumber, invested going to plumbing school at night, learning the correct principles of plumbing. While learning the trade, when I earned 6800 hours of hands-on experience, I took the state test for my Journeyman’s license. I began learning commercial and residential service plumbing, which became second nature finding the root cause with confidence to repair correctly and permanently. After I accumulated 8500 hours I took the state board Masters Plumbing license, then started working permanently in Residential Plumbing and this guided my path Working with a high end and high priced plumbing outfits, I have also worked for Small six-man companies with extremely low-price points which I found out very quickly, you will go out of business extremely fast. I found out relatively soon I did not enjoy overcharging customs but also discovered you cannot run a business on bare minimum pricing. Throughout my experiences, I also learned that customers are not dollar signs, and should not be treated as such.
